General Booking Policy:
At the time of confirmation/Payment process if Hotel/Houseboat/Camp will get sold out we will accommodate in the similar category Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. The standard check-in time is local time 14.00 hrs and the standard check-out time is local time. After 11.00hrs You can contact us for early check-in or late check-out in advance and we will try to make it happen but will not be responsible in case of unavailability. Anything and everything which is not mentioned in the booked package is not included and is chargeable. Cancellation charges will be charged as per the offered policy. Payment to be cleared as per schedule and failure in that will lead to termination of services.
No refund/credit note possible in blackout dates/long weekend In cases where:
● You are willing to postpone your date of travel due to any reason, we may impose a rebooking fee.
● If you are cancelling your booking post postponing your dates, all paid amounts will be forfeited.
● In case of missed payment on the scheduled date, we may impose an extra charge for the same.
● Delay upto 3 days or Missed in making payment as per scheduled date may lead to cancellation of booking with zero refund. (You can inform us upfront in case of delay in schedule payment)
● Any unforeseen circumstances, we will try to provide our best but we can not be held responsible for undeliverable due to this.
● Extra charges due to any delay will have to be paid by Traveler at the spot.
● Delay in making on arrival payment will lead to termination/halt of service until payment completion by traveler early check inn/Late checkout subject to availability.
In case of Cancellation due to any reason, we will try to facilitate you through monetary refund of refundable amount else we will be providing you credit note of the total package amount for the same with Validity of 6 months
This credit note can only be used as a travel budget with us.
Please Note: Any amendments in package, post booking due to any reason may introduce additional charges and that must be borne by the traveler.
We can change the dates based, on request, on the availability of the hotel on the given date. The customer will need to bear the Excess amount. Additional services utilised by the group will be charged and billed directly by hotels. Any unused service, due to natural calamity or human reasons, would not be refunded.
As per your preference, we will proceed with the booking of the chosen hotels from the multiple options provided earlier.
Please note that our responsibility extends to the booking and confirmation of the selected properties. However, we would like to clarify that we are not responsible for any amenities or services that are part of the hotel’s standard category. The facilities provided will be as per the hotel’s policies and offerings at the time of your stay.
We encourage you to be flexible and open to adjustments in the itinerary. We cannot guarantee that all sightseeing can be accommodated, The sightseeing opportunities will depend on various factors. Factors like weather conditions, traffic, any political event, special events/strikes, Time limitations, Sightseeing spot distance from one to another, and other unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in the schedule, which can impact sightseeing opportunities.
If you have specific sightseeing requests or concerns about your physical abilities, please communicate them to our team in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs within the limitations of the trip.
Amendment or any other customization during or 7 days prior of the Trip may lead you extra charges By booking a trip with us, We are ready to provide sightseeing as part of the tour package but if we run out of time, we are not responsible for that, you agree to these terms and conditions regarding sightseeing activities and time constraints. However, it’s essential to understand the constraints that may affect your ability to engage in extensive sightseeing due to limited time or physical limitations.
Child Policy:
Children below 5yrs will be on complimentary basis Children between (6yrs/11yrs) will be on additional charges
Children above 11 yrs will be considered as an adult and will be charged accordingly.
Flight Policy:
Any booking done via Take A Holidays for flight will be only as a facilitator and all flight policy will be implemented as per the flight carrier terms and conditions.
Change of date and timing of flight will be communicated as soon as possible but passengers will be only responsible to follow and track the flight schedule with the help of shared PNR.
In case of group fair booking, shared PNT will be live between 12-24 hours of departure.
In case of any flight delay and cancellation, Take A Holidays will try to help in resolving the issue but will not be responsible for any charges and rebooking.
In case of flight cancellation, land package will be treated as different part and traveler need to pay the cancellation charges of land package (Take A Holidays will try to minimise the loss)
Name change and booking modification will not be entertained in any case.
Web-check-in will be the traveler’s responsibility in all cases.
Covid protocols need to be followed as per the latest guidelines of GOI and airlines.
